Their Social Engagement Managers are strategic, creative and curious. They are interested in consumer behavior and new technologies, and are engaged with topics and trends that are culturally relevant in today’s world. They have a deep understanding of today’s top social platforms as well as what is upcoming and new. This person will work closely with internal teams to define and create content strategies and plans, provide content recommendations, lead community engagement initiatives and provide analytical insights to drive performance.
As a key member of a cross-functional team, they are responsible for driving the success of the brand’s social programs, with the ability to generate and communicate clear POVs, presentations, and reports in a client-facing manner.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Social Media Marketing:
- Develop social marketing and content strategies
- Develop social media content calendars that consider organic social, paid and influencer content against campaign milestones
- Collaborate with digital marketing and creative teams to develop strategies that establish social as a key component of our clients’ digital ecosystems
Social and Community Engagement:
- Manage and execute social media content calendars
- Work with community managers to oversee and refine processes for community engagement
- Partner with community managers to develop plans for proactive outreach and engagement
- Lead influencer outreach, engagement and manage influencer content workstreams when applicable
Thought Leadership:
- Proactively research and stay informed of new trends and best practices in order to provide recommendations for our client’s social media investment and initiatives
- Contribute and in some cases, lead external facing presentations and reports

IDEAL EXPERIENCE
- 4+ years of experience
- Social content and calendar development experience
- Strong understanding of social media strategy and measurement
- Experience with Google Analytics, as well as back-end tools of social channels such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok
- Experience collaborating with a paid social team across channels including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok
- Ability to develop insight-driven reporting with clear recommendations and areas of optimization
- Influencer marketing experience a plus
