We are looking for a driven Account Director with experience managing clients and multi-disciplined teams at varying engagement levels. This position requires proven success in building client relationships and delivering excellent client service. Leadership, strong communication, project management, and an understanding of the digital space are all essential for success in this role.
- Consistent, positive communication with our key clients
- Thoroughly understand and advocate for agency point of view
- Demonstrate confidence and leadership as the day to day voice of the agency
- Recognize and report new business opportunities
- Effectively balance the dual needs of the clients and the agency
- Manage strategic planning, portfolio integration, and successful delivery across multiple Web development initiatives and online ad campaigns.
- Work proactively on business development including pitching existing client on other aspects of agency creative
- 5+ years experience at a digital or creative agency
- Solid understanding of the creative services, social media and marketing/advertising space
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Strategic thinking and digital advertising acumen
